Selltis Sales is a SaaS (software as a service) hosted application. The Selltis
application is provided for a monthly per user fee. The application hosting center
is located in Birmingham, Alabama and provides the following services:
- SSL (secure socket layer) site encryption
- Self-healing OC-48 SONET fiber ring
- Multiple DS-3's on self-healing Fiber Optic ring. Additional capacity
added when average utilization reaches 70%.
- Liebert Cooling Systems for controlled temperature and humidity
- 54kW UPS line conditioning batteries
- 160kW diesel backup generator
- Exercised under full load
- Facility located in Southern Company's Level 1 Power GRID for expedited
response during power outages
- State-of-the-art FM 200 Gas fire suppression system
The Selltis application and database infrastructure includes the following features:
- Secure, individual customer databases with no intermingling of
customer data or access
- Fully redundant physical data storage
- Full daily backups
- Transactional backups at 15 minute intervals
- Full database replication to both onsite and offsite standby servers,
offering multiple levels of failover capability
- 99.99% uptime history
