David J. Erath, Chief Executive Officer of Selltis, LLC - Mr. Erath is Chief Executive Officer of Selltis LLC. As CEO, Mr. Erath brings extensive finance and management experience to Selltis and provides strategic direction, guides direct funding efforts, manages corporate focus, promotes strategic alliances, and handles investor relations and market positioning. He was a partner in the investment firm that provided the company’s first round funding and secured its second round in 2007. He is also responsible for establishing strategic alliances to position Selltis for rapid growth in the industrial manufacturing and distribution market sectors. Prior to Selltis, Mr. Erath was a Partner at Frantzen Voelker Investments, LLC, and Stratus Capital, LLC. During his tenure at these companies, he served as a leading consultant, advising clients on many areas of finance including strategic planning and turnaround management. Before Frantzen/Voelker and Stratus, Mr. Erath was the Vice President and CFO of Schwegmann Giant Super Markets, a leading regional supermarket chain. For more than 10 years, Mr. Erath also served as Chairman of Schwegmann Bank. During his employment in public accounting, Mr. Erath was a Partner in Duplantier, Hrapmann, Hogan & Maher, one of the largest local C.P.A. firms in the Greater New Orleans area. Mr. Erath is a graduate of the University of New Orleans.

With more than 15 years of experience in technical and industrial sales, Mr. Gardner is the technology vision behind Selltis Sales. Mario Igrec, Chief Technology Officer of Selltis - Mr. Igrec co-founded Selltis with Brian Gardner. He provides technology direction, oversees product development, and leads the technical team. Leveraging his experience in software automation, network design, and project management, Mr. Igrec brings a solid track record of solving complex problems and delivering tailored solutions.

Rick Honsberger, Chief Information Officer of Selltis - Mr. Honsberger is responsible for projects dealing with database and web development. An experienced software engineer, Mr. Honsberger was previously the President of Controllex, LLC, a provider of database solutions to the legal industry. With a deep background in engineering and sales management, Mr. Honsberger has an innate ability to understand the needs of customers.
